Terms of Service

This English text is a convenience translation of the Korean original. If the two versions conflict, the Korean version governs.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for use of the Saju analysis service and related services (the "Service") provided by Myohanmun (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company, including Four Pillars (Saju) analysis, chart comparison, daily readings and other Myeongri-related content.
  2. "User" means a member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
  3. "Member" means a person who has registered with the Company and may use the Service on a continuing basis.
  4. "Paid Service" means services provided by the Company for a fee, such as AI in-depth analysis and detailed reports, based on Stardust (in-app currency).

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable law, and amended Terms will be announced through notices within the Service.
  3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and withdraw membership.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Manseryeok Four Pillars analysis (five elements, ten gods, twelve stages, hidden stems and similar)
    • Major and annual luck cycle life-curve analysis
    • Saju calendar (daily pillars and day quality by date)
    • Tojeong Bigyeol (144-hexagram yearly outlook)
    • Tarot card readings (78 cards, upright and reversed)
    • Chart comparison between two people
    • Auspicious date selection (weddings, moving, opening a business and similar)
    • Naming (Hanja name suggestions based on a chart)
    • Career aptitude analysis
    • Family and group relationship matrix
    • Fortune guide (colors, directions, numbers, seasons)
    • Daily readings for the twelve earthly branches
    • Detailed analysis by chart — AI in-depth readings across 8 categories (love, marriage, wealth, career, health, study, relationships, family)
    • Other Myeongri-related content
  2. Interpretation text in the Service is generated using traditional Myeongri data together with AI technology ("AI Saju" interpretation). Interpretations generated by AI are statistical and probabilistic outputs that may contain errors or inaccuracies of expression, and are provided for reference only.
  3. The Service is in principle provided 24 hours a day, year-round, but may be suspended temporarily for reasons such as system maintenance.

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

  1. A user applies for membership by entering member information in the form prescribed by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
  2. The Company may refuse an application for membership in the following cases:
    • Where false information has been entered
    • Where the applicant has previously been subject to restrictions on use of the Service
    • Where the application otherwise fails to meet criteria set by the Company

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)

  1. A member may request withdrawal at any time through "Request account deletion" on My Page, and the Company completes the data destruction procedure within 30 days of receiving the request.
  2. The Company may restrict or suspend membership in the following cases:
    • Where false information was registered at the time of application
    • Where the member infringes the rights of others through the Service
    • Where the member interferes with the normal operation of the Service

Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment)

  1. Prices and usage periods for Paid Services are displayed separately on the service screens.
  2. Users may pay for Paid Services using the payment methods provided by the Company (credit and debit cards, bank transfer, simple payment, mobile payment); payments are processed securely through Toss Payments.
  3. Stardust is an in-app payment unit consumed at one unit per analysis and can be purchased in packages of 1, 5 or 11.
  4. Amounts charged for Paid Services are inclusive of value-added tax.

Article 8 (Refund Policy)

  1. A user may request a full refund within 7 days of payment for a Paid Service if the service has not been used.
  2. Refunds may be restricted in the following cases:
    • Stardust already used (consumed) — this is treated as digital content having been supplied
    • Where analysis results have already been viewed (digital content fully supplied)
    • Where a PDF report has been downloaded
    • Where the service has been used even in part
  3. Where Stardust has been partially used, the remaining unused Stardust is refundable. The refund amount is calculated by deducting the already-used Stardust from the amount paid, valued at the single-unit purchase price (the price of the 1-unit Stardust product without package discount); Stardust granted free of charge is excluded from the calculation. If the calculated amount is zero or less, no refund is made.
  4. Refund requests may be submitted by email to contact@pantheonstudio.co.kr and are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
  5. Where the Service cannot be used due to reasons attributable to the Company, a full refund is made.
  6. Consumers' rights of withdrawal are guaranteed in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws.

Article 9 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must not engage in the following conduct when using the Service:
    • Collecting or using another person's personal data without authorization
    • Interfering with the operation of the Service
    • Using information obtained through the Service commercially without authorization
    • Infringing the Company's copyright or other intellectual property rights
    • Any other unlawful or improper conduct

Article 10 (Company Obligations)

  1. The Company does not engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law or these Terms, and makes its best efforts to provide a continuous and stable service.
  2. The Company maintains security systems to protect users' personal data, and publishes and complies with its privacy policy.
  3. The Company handles opinions and complaints raised by users through appropriate procedures.

Article 11 (Restriction and Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Company may temporarily restrict or suspend provision of the Service in the following cases:
    • Where system inspection, maintenance or replacement is required
    • Where there is force majeure such as a natural disaster or national emergency
    • Where a serious failure occurs in the operation of the Service
  2. In the case of suspension, the Company gives advance notice. In urgent cases, notice may be given afterwards.

Article 12 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)

  1. Copyright and intellectual property rights in all content provided through the Service (analysis results, text, design, logos and similar) belong to the Company.
  2. Users may not use information obtained through the Service commercially or provide it to third parties without the Company's prior consent.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

  1. Results such as Four Pillars analysis, readings and chart comparisons provided through the Service are reference material based on traditional Myeongri theory and are not scientifically verified fact.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided through the Service and accepts no responsibility for a user's judgments or actions based on it.
  3. Users should not use analysis results as the sole basis for important decisions.

Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Where a dispute arises between the Company and a user in connection with use of the Service, both parties shall consult in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
  2. Where the matter is not resolved by consultation, either party may bring an action before the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

Article 15 (Miscellaneous)

  1. Matters not provided for in these Terms are governed by applicable law and commercial practice.
  2. These Terms are construed and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  3. These Terms take effect on June 1, 2026.
